We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on our handcrafted products, tailored precisely to your size and engravings. Prior to placing your order, we kindly request you to ensure the accuracy of your sizing and personalized engravings. Should you have any uncertainties, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email for assistance. 

Dear Valued Customer,

 At Panémorfos, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. However, if your product sustains damage during transit, we are here to assist you promptly.

 Kindly notify us of any transit-related damage within 12 hours of delivery, and we will swiftly provide you with a replacement of the same item. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or make alterations to products in such cases.

 To facilitate the return process, please ensure that the item is unworn and remains in its original packaging and condition. We kindly request that you utilize the original box provided by Panémorfos for repacking purposes. Please be advised that oversized boxes will not be accepted.

Should the returned item fail to meet the aforementioned criteria, Panémorfos reserves the right to decline the return. In such instances, the product will be promptly shipped back to you.
